 I backed this item as a kickstarter, but it combines all the things you need - a marker and eraser all in one. Just add in your favorite dry-erase marker (I like expo markers the best) and you can write with it and have an eraser handy.  I am a tech girl, but I would not get through my day without post-it pop-up notes. I do a lot of brainstorming with post-it notes as well as take down those phone messages and other important items. My favorite are the LINED pop-up notes and I pair that with a fabulous camera inspired dispenser. Just perfect on my desk!
